VOICE Voice is the form of the Verb which shows whether what is denoted by the subject does something or has something done to it. KINDS OF VOICE :- (I) Active Voice (II) Passive Voice 1. Active Voice : A verb is said to be in the Active Voice when its form shows that the person or thing denoted by the subject does something.   TENSE Tense is the form of a verb which shows the time of an action or state in the present, past and future. OR To express the time of an action and its degree of compl eteness, tense is used. Kinds of Tense (a) Present Tense (b) Past Tense (c) Future Tense There are four tense forms that verbs take such as - (1) Simple / Indefinite (2) Continuous / Progressive / Imperfect (3) Perfect (4) Perfect Continuous 1. QUESTION TAGS A question tag is known as question tail. Question tags are used in informal language . Question tags are short addition to sentences. We show Conclusion, Doubt, Certainty, Uncertainty etc. through Question Tags .
